What we collect

When you register on this site we may collect the following information:

  • email address
  • your role on this site
  • the name of your teacher training provider 

if your role is Teacher, we collect information about your date of birth, the school in which you are teaching and the phase in which you are training

if your role is Teacher we also collect information about your gender, ethnicity and whether you have a disability. You are not obliged to disclose this information.  

What we do with the information we gather

We use this information to provide a portfolio service to teacher training providers. This helps trainee and unqualified teachers to meet the Teachers' Standards and gain qualified teacher status. We do not award qualified teacher status. Any use made of this website with regard to recommendation for qualified teacher status is the responsibility of the teacher training provider.  


We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

How we use cookies
